I am currently at the of 17 and will be 18 this October.

I live in Canada, or more specifically the city of Toronto.
My Time zone is Eastern Time Zone (UTC-05:00)
Time Available For Work:
As it is currently Summer and I have a job, I can say I can work about 5 - 8 Hours a day.
I will almost never have the time to be on in the morning because most of my shift starts early.
The time I will most likely be on the server is around 15:00 to 22:00.

About Myself:
My name is Steve S Richard, and I'm currently at the age of 17.
I have just graduated from High School and enrolled in college for Culinary Arts this September.
I have been in this business for several years and have obtained skills that I can use for this server.
Some of the skills I can provide for this server is being committed to this server, getting along with most people, providing leadership when needed.
Eg. I believe Leadership is needed when hosting an event because you need to control whats going on or when solving a problem
I have been playing maplestory for several years now. I believe I started playing when V75 was out.
I have decent knowledge of maplestory (Private Server and Global)
How Long Have You Been Playing RainbowMS?:
I have been playing on this server for a week now.
Do you have past experience? (Please provide evidences and elaborate):
I do have past experience as GM. The server I have been GM on are LoyalMS and RebelStory.
I have a screenshot evidence for being a GM on RebelStory but I lost my evidence for LoyalMS.

Why do you want to be a staff on RainbowMS?
The main reason why I would like to be a staff on RainbowMS is so that I can help the players and provide a enjoyable environment.
I would like to help new or regular players with their problem but it is slightly difficult with the current position i'm in.
It will be easier for me to help people directly with @callgm command.
If I ever become a GM on this server, I would like to discuss with other GM's if there is a problem arising.
we would be able to get suggestion and ideas, then have a final conclusion afterwards.
Share with us your opinion of a staff member's essential responsibilities, values and working style:
I believe a Staff Member should be someone that can solve anyone questions.
A Staff Member should be the one that can be trusted and easily talked to, if not then you are clearly not fit for the job.
I believe one of their main essential responsibilities is being committed to the server.
The main values of this server are the players. If the players are not having the best time then you aren't doing a good enough job.
Working style can be different depending on the person. My working style is being mature and responsible when a problem arises and being friendly
to other players when having fun.
